Introductory Call
15 minutes - Complimentary
Your first step with us begins with an introductory phone call to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine if we are the right fit. We will discuss next steps, including scheduling your Intake Appointment.
Comprehensive Intake Appointment
90 minutes - $500
We will discuss your concerns and goals, and review your mental, social, and medical history. Together, we will create an initial treatment plan that provides guidance for therapy, medication, and integrative care.
Follow-Up Appointments
60 minutes - $400
An extended session for in-depth medication management, therapy, and reflective work. We will review progress, address emerging concerns, and adjust your treatment plan to support continued growth and well-being.
30 minutes - $250
A focused session for medication management or therapy support. We review progress, monitor treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to keep your care on track.
